What are the appointment policies?
At the time your reservation, the credit card you have selected will be preauthorized for the full amount of the treatment(s). The card will preauthorize for the order amount, therefore, if an order is $100, the card will preauthorize at $100. Once the order is closed, the preauthorization charge will be reversed from the owner’s credit card and will post to the client’s account within their bank’s processing time.
A $50 deposit per treatment, on a valid credit card, is required to hold a reservation. This policy also applies to guests using gift certificates or any third party voucher.
An 18+ valid state ID is required on the day of service to complete the transaction.
VIP Passes are not accepted on Saturday and Sundays due to high volume.
Expired VIP passes are NOT accepted.
Wet Lounge Daily Passes are first come, first served and are accommodated according to our schedule and capacity permissions. Please call ahead for the schedule.
It is advised to arrive AT LEAST 20 minutes prior to your treatment time to comfortably check-in and change.
What are the cancellation policies?
We require at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. There is a $50 charge for canceled or rescheduled appointments with less than 48 hours notice. A 100% charge applies for no-shows.
What are Body by Brooklyn pricing?
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm prices when booking your appointment as our fee schedule can change at any time.
Gift Certificates
Body by Brooklyn gift certificates are redeemable for services and products only. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of appointment. Body By Brooklyn is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. To purchase gift certificates over $100, you will need to provide valid photo ID via fax 718-923-9717 or email at info@b3hospitalitygroup.com.
Gift certificates will NOT activate until the ID associated with gift certificate purchase is processed. A $30 reactivation fee will apply per year after expiration. Any gift certificates and gift cards over $150 will not be redeemable until 10 days after the initial purchase. Gift certificates and gift cards will only be redeemable with a valid ID.

What should I wear?
Bathing suits and flip-flops are required at all times in the Wet Lounge and robes and flip-flops are required at all times in the Dry Lounge. For treatments, you can choose to wear undergarments or nothing at all in the privacy of your treatment room.

Gratuity policies?
If you have enjoyed your service, it is customary to provide a 15-20% gratuity to each of your therapists. Cash is preferred and appreciated.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, we are only able to offer you the remaining time of your treatment with no exceptions. It is advised that you arrive AT LEAST 20 minutes prior to your treatment time to comfortably check-in and change.
Parties & Groups

Can I use my cell phone?
We have a strict no cell phone policy and we prefer that you leave your phone on silent in your locker so as not to disturb other guests. We are not responsible for lost or damaged phones.
What should I do in the Wet Lounge?
We require guests to shower before using the pools, steam room, or saunas. Please follow the directions in the Wet Lounge to enjoy the facilities safely and comfortably.
What Should I Bring and what do you provide?
We provide robes and towels for all guests. Hair-ties and shower caps are available upon request. We ask our guests to bring their own bathing suit and flip-flops, which are required to utilize the Wet Lounge. We can provide disposable bathing suits and flip-flops for a fee if you forget.
What if I get hungry?
Body by Brooklyn offers a seasonal menu of snacks, sandwiches, and desserts which can be viewed in the Facility section of the website. Weekend brunch is first come, first served. There can be delays if parties are scheduled during that day. Food is not allowed in the Wet Lounge. Outside food is prohibited at the spa, with the exception of cake for parties which will incur a $25 placement fee.
Do you have drinks available?
Our cocktail bar offers a wide variety or alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy. There is a $30 corkage fee per outside bottle of wine or champagne and no hard liquor is permitted. For outside wine and champagne, there is a three bottle max per party or group of five.
Where do I put my belongings?
Each guest will receive a locker to place their clothing, shoes, and other items. We suggest that all your valuables are placed in the lockers at the front desk upon checking in. Body By Brooklyn is not responsible for any lost or stolen items left in your robe or the facility.
Is there anything else I should know?
Our facility is 18+. The Wet Lounge closes 30 minutes prior to closing time. We ask that all guests arrive to the spa at least 20 minutes before their scheduled appointment and are settled in the waiting area 10 minutes prior to their treatment time. To preserve the harmony and serenity that our guests expect, entry may be denied at the discretion of the management.
