Appointment Policy

We require a credit card number or a gift certificate number in order to hold a reservation.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. There is a 50% charge for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, and a 50% charge for no shows.

Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm prices when booking your appointment as our fee schedule may change before our website does.

Gratuities

If you are pleased with the services you have received, it is customary to give a 15-20% gratuity to each of your therapists. Cash preferred.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for an appointment, we can only offer you the remaining time of your treatment.

Parties / Groups

Wedding, baby, and birthday showers, parties, and fundraisers are welcome. Please call us for arrangements. For parties of 5 or more, a gratuity of 20% will be added to the service total.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are redeemable for services and products only. Body By Brooklyn Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of appointment. Body By Brooklyn cannot be responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. To preserve the harmony and serenity our guests expect, services may be denied at the discretion of the management.

Bathing Suits

Bring your own bathing suit or disposables are provided for a nominal fee.
