Coming from Manhattan take Brooklyn Bridge and follow directions from BQE East.
Via the Manhattan Bridge
Cross bridge on upper or lower level. Take first allowable left onto Myrtle Avenue. Turn left onto Washington Avenue, continue until you get to Park Avenue.
Via the Brooklyn Queens Expressway (BQE) I 278 West Toward Staten Island
Take Exit 31 Wythe Avenue/Kent Avenue. Continue traveling West on the BQE service road. BQE service road becomes Park Avenue. 275 Park Avenue is located between Washington and Waverly streets.
Via the Brooklyn Queens Expressway (BQE) I 278 East
Take Exit 30 Flushing Avenue. Proceed to the light. Make a left turn under the BQE onto Flushing Ave. Proceed on Flushing Ave to Washington Ave. (You See STEINER MOVIE STUDIO on Corner.) Make a left turn at the light. At the end of the block there is parking available at Victor’s Garage.
