Get Your Scrub on with Our At-Home Body Polish Picks

The dry, autumn weather can really do a number on your skin, especially spots like your elbows, knees, and ankles where dead cells tend to build up and get itchy and flaky. Now is the perfect time of year to slough off all that dryness and give your skin a chance to breathe with an at-home scrub that will titillate the senses. We’ve picked a whole bunch of our favorite recipes for you to try, and here’s how to apply:

Combine the ingredients for each recipe in a large bowl. Then jump in the shower and apply the concoction of your choice to wet skin using circular strokes. Rinse with warm water for a baby soft finish and apply moisturizer as needed. Any extras can be stored in a mason jar in the fridge or shared with a friend. Remember, some of the oils can get a bit slippery so be sure to proceed with caution!
